Model 973CA
Dew Point Chilled Mirror Analyzer for On-site Measurement and Validation of Compressed Air and Other High-Pressure Systems
High Performance Chilled Mirror Hygrometer
High-Performance Drift-Free Dew Point Chilled Mirror
Our MBW CALIBRATION™ MODEL 973CA™ Dew Point Chilled Mirror Analyzer has been specifically configured to meet the needs for on-site measurement and validation of compressed air and other high-pressure systems with up to 20 bar inlet pressure. It’s supplied in a robust transport case together with a quick coupling armored sample tube to enable fast connection and disconnection with standard compressed air fittings.
BENEFITS
The MODEL 973CA Dew Point Chilled Mirror Analyzer is designed for the measurement of trace moisture in pure gases. Some of the key benefits of this analyzer are:
- High accuracy: Uses a chilled mirror sensor, which is the most accurate method for measuring dew point. It provides precise and reliable measurements of trace moisture levels in pure gases.
- Wide measurement range: Has a wide measurement range, from -100°C to +20°C dew point, allowing it to measure trace moisture levels in a broad range of gases.
- Fast response time: The analyzer has a fast response time, enabling it to quickly detect changes in dew point levels. This is particularly useful in applications where rapid response is critical to prevent damage to equipment or product quality.
- Easy to use: The analyzer is designed for ease of use, with a simple interface and intuitive controls. It has a large, clear display that shows all the important information at a glance.
- Portable: Is lightweight and portable, making it easy to use in the field or in remote locations.
- Low maintenance: The analyzer requires minimal maintenance and calibration, which reduces downtime and lowers overall operating costs.
