ASTM Compliant Analytical System for FTIR/FT-NIR Process & Lab Analyzers
ASTM D6122 Wash and Validation Skid has a unique design that is easily integrated to our Guided Wave ANALECT® Hydrocarbon SmartSystem® (HSS) and complies with ASTM D6122 validation of spectrometers. The system comprises a free-standing skid which includes:
- Two 10-gallon sample storage tanks
- Visual level indicators for each storage tank
- Electrical level switches for each storage tank
- Nitrogen hook-up with pressure regulator and gauge
- Tank pressure gauges for each storage tank
- Includes levels and alarms for refill indication
