Monte Hammouri

Neil Hekking
Hekking brings to Process Insights a wealth of deep knowledge and experience in M&A transactions including due diligence and strategic analysis, as well as post acquisition purchase accounting on both the sale and buy sides. Hekking also has 20 years of international experience including expat assignments to Beaune, France and Basel, Switzerland. Hekking earned his Bachelor of Science in International Relations/Political Science from Brigham Young University and his MBA in International Finance from the University of South Carolina. Hekking is bilingual being fluent in both English and French. Hekking and his wife keep busy with the various activities related to their six children.

Joe Schwab
Joe Schwab joined Process Insights as Vice President of Business Development in June 2019 and was promoted to Chief Commercial Officer in October 2020. Prior to joining Process Insights, Schwab was Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Block Engineering, following 14 years at AMETEK, serving in progressive senior leadership roles in Sales, Marketing and P&L management, most recently serving as a Divisional Vice President. Other prior experience includes Applications Engineering, Territory & Regional Sales Management, and Business Unit Leadership roles at ABB.
Schwab brings 30 years of commercial, technical, P&L and M&A experience in the process analysis, process instrumentation and process technologies markets worldwide. Schwab earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry from West Virginia University, along with continuing education in financial, merger and acquisition programs.

Jochen Eberheim
Jochen Eberheim joined LAR Process Analysers AG as Chief Executive Officer in May 2018. Prior to joining Process Insights, Eberheim served as Managing Director at REMBE® Alliance globally in charge of Sampling Solutions and Industrial Measurement Technology. Prior to REMBE®Alliance, Eberheim was Managing Director at Cavotec, a NASDAQ OMX-listed global engineering group, overseeing all German enterprises in the field of Airport Ground Support Equipment and solutions for the Industry & Mining sector. Over the past 25 years, Eberheim worked in process automation worldwide, held a senior role at WIKA Alexander Wiegand SE & Co. KG and spent more than 13 years at Endress+Hauser, including more than 7 years in the US as Business Development Manager, in General Management and served as Managing Director and Member of the board of Directors in Greenwood, IN.
Eberheim earned an Engineering degree (Dipl.-Ing.) in “Energy and Heat Engineering” from TH Mittelhessen University of Applied Sciences in Gießen, Germany. After graduation, he worked at the Laboratory for Disposal Engineering on a two-year program in research on harmful emissions from wastewater treatment reactors and their catalytic decomposition. Eberheim enjoys his “big” family life together with his spouse and their 4 kids who challenge him to stay young and mentally in motion.

Dr. Erika Coyne
Dr. Erika Coyne was promoted to Group President of Tiger Optics and Extrel CMS in January 2021. Dr. Coyne had previously been the President of Tiger Optics since June 2018. Prior to that, Dr. Coyne held the Chief Operating Officer role since February 2018. During her tenure at Tiger Optics, Dr. Coyne held various progressive leadership positions and was instrumental in driving the company’s growth. Dr. Coyne joined Tiger Optics in 2009 as Manager of New Product Development, responsible for driving innovation with a focus on design for manufacturing. Dr. Coyne was later promoted to Business Manager for the Gases & Chemical Division, spearheading widespread acceptance of Tiger Optics’ laser-based analyzers in the Industrial Gas sector, by leveraging the premium brand, proven performance and strategic management of global accounts and sales channels.
With deep technical knowledge and management experience, Dr. Coyne brings cross-functional expertise in R&D, Sales/Marketing and Operations, along with a passion for continuous improvement. She received a B.S. in Chemistry from University of Richmond, and a Ph.D. from University of Pennsylvania in Physical Chemistry, focusing on gas analysis using laser spectroscopy. Her extensive technical and commercial experience and expertise notwithstanding, she admits that her greatest experiments involve her four young children.

Scott Fleishner
Scott Fleishner currently serves as Executive Vice President and General Manager for Process Insights Technical Services Division – Americas Region. Fleishner joined Process Insights through the acquisition of Extrel CMS, LLC in March 2020 when he was promoted to Acting President until December 2020. Prior to Process Insights, Fleishner spent 16 years with Extrel CMS in various senior leadership roles including Vice President of Customer Service, Vice President of Sales, Service & Marketing, Vice President of Operations, and most recently, Director of Technical Support. Before joining Extrel CMS, Fleishner was Sonix Marketing Manager for Sensus. Fleishner brings over 15 years of extensive technical experience in mass spectrometry and analytical instrumentation.
Fleishner holds a BS in Communications & Marketing from Duquesne University.

DANIELLE THOMAS
Danielle Thomas, Vice President and Corporate Controller, joined Process Insights in January 2020. Thomas is an experienced Controller with a demonstrated history of proven progression of roles within the accounting function. She is responsible for overseeing accounting policies and procedures for the global portfolio, leads corporate accounting & internal control functions, and is responsible for the Process Insights financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis.
Prior to joining Process Insights, Ms. Thomas worked as a Controller for Texwipe, an ITW Company. She exhibited a proven history of providing management support, financial leadership, and reporting responsibility of the Texwipe Brand. Prior to ITW, Ms. Thomas held progressive accounting roles in the Aircraft Maintenance industry.
Her academic accolades include an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro. She also holds a Master’s in Forensic Accounting from Florida Atlantic University, as well as obtaining her undergraduate degree in Accounting from Flagler College.

Sharon Gao
Sharon Gao joined Process Insights China as Director of Business & Administration in August 2019 and was promoted to General Manager of Process Insights China in July 2021.
Prior to joining Process Insights, Gao served as HR and Administration Manager at ITW Contamination Control in Wujiang and ITW Specialty Materials in Suzhou. She also previously worked at Lelon Electronics Corp as a HR and Administration Supervisor.
Gao holds a Masters Degree of Applied Psychology from the Nankai University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Changzhou Institute University.

Dorothy O’Hara
Dorothy O’Hara joined Process Insights as Director of Human Resources for US Operations in November 2019. Prior to joining Process Insights, O’Hara was serving as Director of HR & Infrastructure for Tiger Optics, LLC, a Division of Process Insights, Inc. O’Hara has over 25 years of experience in HR management, and a variety of complementary areas such as training & education, administration management, M&A, property management, and software development and implementation.
In recent years, O’Hara’s concentration has been in strategic leadership of growth trending companies; specializing in scaling startup and emerging businesses. Before joining Tiger Optics, O’Hara was Vice President of Human Resources for InfoMC, a healthcare software business that specializes in behavioral health treatment and case management tracking. O’Hara also served as Senior Vice President of Administration and Organizational Development with Aileron Solutions, later acquired by IQVA.
O’Hara holds a BA in Organizational Management from Eastern University and is actively involved in passion projects: Musicians on Call and ChickTech. O’Hara spends her spare time raising two daughters, gardening, and volunteering for University of Pennsylvania radio, WXPN.

Terri Melle-Johnson
In March 2021, Terri Melle-Johnson assumed the role of Director of Global Marketing at Process Insights. With over 18 years of extensive experience in B2B integrated marketing, public relations, social media, branding, demand generation, ABM, and event management across various industries such as oil & gas, energy, chemical, life sciences, and pharmaceuticals. She is a highly accomplished Global Marketing, Communications, Brand Strategist, and PR & Event Leader. Throughout her career, she has successfully led and inspired diverse global marketing teams, contributing to strategic growth initiatives.
At Process Insights, Terri will lead as the Brand Acquisition Strategist collaborating closely with senior leadership, newly acquired businesses, and cross-functional teams to align them with the Process Insights’ vision, mission, and strategic goals.
Before joining Process Insights, Terri Melle-Johnson held the position of Global Marketing Communications Manager at Emerson and was later promoted to serve as the Global PR Events Marketing Manager for the Final Control business group. She also held the role of Global Marketing Communications Manager at Servomex.
Terri holds a bachelor’s degree in business management & administration with a minor in finance from Wilmington College. She has also been pursuing Ethical and Social Compliance Certification and AI Ethics and Responsible AI Certification.
Recently her active engagement has helped identify areas for community outreach, set ESG goals, and tracked progress. Under her leadership, she has influenced significant milestones in reducing carbon footprint, promoting diversity and inclusion, enhancing supply chain transparency, and strengthening governance practices.
