Optical Absorption Spectroscopy Process & Lab Analyzers

Accurate, real-time measurements for process monitoring and stream sample analysis

Our GUIDED WAVE™ NIR and UV-VIS online process and lab analyzer (spectrometers) utilize Optical Absorption Spectroscopy Technology.  They provide remote multi-channel spectroscopic analysis over an extended range (near-infrared 1000-2100 nm and UV-VIS 200 – 850 nm). These analyzers have a high signal-to-noise ratio, wavelength stability, NIST traceable wavelength calibration, dual beam optics and built-in diagnostics. With the ability to monitor up to 12 process streams or sample interface points within a stream, these analyzers are a valuable tool for process engineers, operators, and researchers to ensure accuracy, repeatability, and reliability in their monitoring processes.

We deliver a total solution that includes optically matched components and a well-planned calibration approach leading to long-term success and savings. Our state-of-the-art systems are designed for continuous online use, providing real-time data of laboratory quality, while thriving in the most demanding processing plant environments. Our product reliability, stable instrument platform and responsive technical support are why companies from around the world have depended on our GUIDED WAVE solutions.

BENEFITS

  • Allow for remote multi-channel spectroscopic analysis over an extended range (NIR 1000-2100 nm and UV-VIS 200 – 850 nm), providing a comprehensive view of the samples being analyzed.
  • Provide excellent signal-to-noise ratio, ensuring that the data collected is accurate and reliable.
  • Offer wavelength stability, which is important for long-term monitoring applications.
  • Have NIST traceable wavelength calibration, ensuring that the data collected is standardized and can be compared across different sources.
  • NIR-O and ClearView® db utilize dual beam optics, which provides additional accuracy and consistency in the measurements taken.
