ANALECT® was acquired by Applied Instrument Technologies (AIT) in a deal that was announced on September 1, 2015. At the time, AIT was introducing the ANALECT RefinIR analyzer, a fully integrated laboratory auto-sampler and FTIR instrument designed for the refining industry.  It was then acquired by Process Insights in June 2022.
