ANALECT PCM 5000
ANALECT PCM 5000 Mid Infrared (MIR) Analyzer
Our ANALECT® PCM 5000™ Mid Infrared (MIR) Analyzer is a mid-infrared-based process analyzer utilizing a sample cell that is directly coupled to the analyzer via a light pipe. FT Mid IR analyzers are utilized where it makes sense to bring the sample, via a fast loop, directly to the analyzer. It also makes sense where the advantage of using the fingerprint region of the mid infrared gains an application advantage over the NIR region. In addition, the PCM 5000 also offers the ability to perform gas phase applications; the energy throughput of Mid IR enables the technology to see components at the single digit ppm level (and sometimes even at the ppb level) by leveraging a White Cell.
