Process Insights GmbH, Calibration Center in Fellbach, operates a state-of-the-art calibration laboratory (D-K-22286-01-00) specializing in thermodynamic measurements, including absolute and relative humidity as well as temperature. Accredited by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS) in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025, our laboratory upholds the highest standards of precision and reliability.
To ensure exceptional accuracy, we maintain some of the lowest measurement uncertainties worldwide. Additionally, we offer short lead times for calibrating all types of hygrometers, allowing our customers to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency. Our advanced calibration method integrates both primary realization calibration stations—designed to achieve the lowest possible uncertainties—and commercial humidity generators for precise calibration by comparison.
Furthermore, our calibration results maintain full traceability to SI units. We achieve this by utilizing reference measuring instruments that are regularly calibrated by leading National Metrology Institutes, such as PTB, METAS, and NIST, as well as other accredited organizations. Thanks to the ILAC Mutual Recognition Arrangement (ILAC MRA), our calibration certificates hold international recognition, serving as valid evidence of traceability in all ILAC MRA signatory countries. This global acceptance ensures our customers receive reliable, high-quality calibration services that meet rigorous international standards.
