Series 3000 Trace Oxygen Analyzer for Continuous Industrial Gas Monitoring
Series 3000
Trace Oxygen Analyzer for Continuous Industrial Gas Monitoring
Even small amounts of oxygen contamination can reduce product quality, damage catalysts, increase oxidation, and compromise gas purity.
The ALPHA OMEGA INSTRUMENTS™ Series 3000™ Trace Oxygen Analyzer delivers continuous, high-accuracy oxygen measurement from below 1 ppm to 10,000 ppm, helping manufacturers monitor oxygen continuously instead of relying on delayed manual testing. Featuring a long-life electrochemical sensor, automatic ranging, configurable alarms, and optional CO₂-resistant sensing, the Series 3000 helps improve product quality, increase process reliability, and reduce maintenance costs.
What Is a Trace Oxygen Analyzer?
A trace oxygen analyzer continuously measures oxygen at very low concentrations (parts per million) to verify gas purity, monitor inert atmospheres, protect catalysts, and prevent oxidation in industrial processes.
Continuous trace oxygen monitoring allows operators to:
- Detect contamination immediately
- Improve gas quality
- Protect sensitive manufacturing processes
- Reduce manual sampling
- Improve process control
- Support quality assurance
Why Choose the Series 3000?
Long-Life Electrochemical Sensor
Designed to provide significantly longer service life than many conventional fuel-cell oxygen sensors while reducing maintenance and operating costs.
Wide Measurement Range
Measure oxygen concentrations from below 1 ppm to 10,000 ppm using single- or multi-range configurations with optional automatic range switching.
Optional CO₂-Resistant Sensor
Ideal for applications where carbon dioxide may shorten the life of conventional electrochemical oxygen sensors.
Continuous Process Monitoring
Receive immediate oxygen measurements with configurable alarms, analog outputs, and relay contacts for PLC, DCS, or SCADA integration.
Low Cost of Ownership
Factory calibration, sealed sensor design, long sensor life, and reduced maintenance requirements help lower total operating costs
