Our ATOM INSTRUMENT™ Trace-1000™ Trace Sulfur (Trace S-1000) or Trace Nitrogen (Trace N-1000) Gas Analyzer is an online process analyzer utilizing patented Excimer UV Fluorescence (EUVF) Technology to measure Total Sulfur in a variety of refinery process applications.  The Trace-1000 N/S Trace Analyzer is a field proven technology that utilizes an excitation wavelength that achieves high detection sensitivity and detector stability.

The Trace-1000 N/S Trace Analyzer additionally utilizes a proprietary signal processing technology for both sulfur and nitrogen measurement. This technology coupled with optimized detector designs, provides exceptional analytical performance of total sulfur and nitrogen measurement using a single calibration point. The Trace-1000 Trace Analyzer has the fastest analysis time of any commercially available analyzer providing a 99% response to process step changes in as little as 180 seconds.

Calibration and Validation is seamlessly incorporated with an optional calibration switching configuration and associated software for easy compliance or verification testing.

The Trace-1000 Trace Analyzer is an excellent fit for applications in the 0 – 1 ppm range and is exceptionally stable, even at concentrations less than 1 ppm.
