For added flexibility, the optional multi-stream sampler supports up to 100 streams with rapid purging and selection. Combined with parallel spectrum processing, this setup enables complete stream analysis every 3 to 10 seconds, making it one of the fastest process gas analyzers available today.
In fermentation processes, the MGA 1200CS plays a critical role in bioreactor off-gas analysis. It offers real-time data for OUR/CER/RQ calculations, enabling immediate process adjustments and eliminating the delay of lab sample testing.
