Our LAR™ QuickTONultra™ TON water quality analyzer is the ultimate solution for determining total nitrogen bound (TNb) in wastewater and process water applications. With its modular design, this analyzer offers flexibility and ease of use.
Key Features and Benefits
The QuickTONultra features a catalyst-free ceramic oven that reliably dissolves all nitrogen bonds at 1,200°C, enabling complete analysis of samples. This ensures accurate measurements of organic and inorganic nitrogen compounds, even in challenging water samples with high levels of coarse material.
Safety and Flexibility
Despite the high temperatures used, the QuickTONultra TON water quality analyzer guarantees absolute safety in all locations. The analyzer can be delivered with various housings to suit different environments, including high-corrosive areas and ex-zones.
Compliance and Accuracy
The QuickTONultra water analyzer meets international standards, including EN 12260:2003 and ISO/TR 11905-2:1997. It can handle salt concentrations up to 10 g/l and offers an optional high-salt feature for concentrations up to 300 g/l.
Easy Operation and Control
The analyzer features a 10.4-inch touch screen for easy operation. Additionally, it can be controlled remotely using a PC connected to your network.
Advanced Technology
The QuickTONultra uses chemiluminescence technology to measure TNb levels. This involves the reaction of nitric oxide and ozone to produce excited-state nitrogen dioxide, which emits light proportional to the TNb concentration.
Customization Options
The analyzer can be easily configured to measure additional parameters, such as Total Oxygen Demand (TOD) and Total Organic Carbon (TOC).
